Biography

Meg Rodgers (RYT- 200) began practicing yoga 10 years ago to cross train for a half marathon. She quickly realized that, not only did it help her hip pain, but it eased anxiety and depression too. As her practice deepened over the years, it became an essential tool to warm up and cool down as a working actor. Her vinyasa flows are described as dynamic and intentional, encouraging play and inspiring creativity on the mat while staying rooted to the Earth. Perfect for beginners to advanced yogis!
